Whether you are completely new to microblading or already have some skills, you can apply for our microblading classes in NYC. Our 2-day training goes in-depth on each step needed from hygiene and tools sterilization, shaping of eyebrows from natural bone structure, skin and medical conditions, drawing hyper-realistic strokes patterns, work on models and corrections, and aftercare.

BoldBrows live training

In-depth theory:

Thorough and informative theoretical part will introduce you to the technique of microblading and teach you everything you need to know in order to become a microblading artist. Master Bojana Ana will teach you all the steps of creating the amazing art of Bold Brows, as well as other secrets of the permanent makeup industry.

You will learn:

  • Brow anatomy
  • Skin structure
  • Color theory and undertones (Fitzpatrick scale)
  • Color mixing
  • Mapping for the perfect eyebrow shape
  • Hair stroke method
  • Safety and sterilization
  • Preventing client infection
  • Tools & products used during procedure

Hands-on training:

You will get the chance to work on live models and experience the feeling of microblading on real skin. You will learn how to map brows, create hairstrokes and most importantly, the right pressure. Practicing on live models means filling in the strokes drawn by a master, so that there is no possibility for the students to make mistakes since they are working on the existing marks.
On day 2 you will work on a model with 100% Master supervision.

  • Measuring demonstration using the new BB compass and checking the symmetry with Phi App.
  • I will be asking you questions to see if you understood the anatomy of the eyebrow that we studied the day before.
  • You will be asked to determine the model’s skin structure, undertones (Fitzpatrick), where the head strokes finish, the start of the transition, determine the spine line and the color choice that you would use on the model.
  • How to take the right photos, angles, video. What apps to use to create a nice photo presentation for your social media page and marketing.
  • Step by step demonstration on the model through each level that we had previously practiced on the latex skin.
  • Pigment filling techniques and work on a model.
  • Learn the right stretching, positioning (if you are left or right-handed).
  • Group photo and certificate of attendance.
  • Phi Academy Artist certificate and placement on Phi Academy World’s Map upon graduation.

Continue to learn with CraftMaster App:

The learning process continues after the two-day microblading course. Students stay in daily contact with the Academy via Craft Master application where they upload their work and pass levels.

But not all of them succeed. Microblading can not be mastered overnight. To master this skill, you will need to work hard, invest your time for practice and be patient. But the most important thing is to have a quality education and training, which you will get at our microblading training in NY.
